How orders are made

Every Casual Friday Tees shirt is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That means a little more time up front and a lot less waste, and it's why we can offer the colors and sizes we do.

Processing time

Orders are printed and packed in 2 to 5 business days. Custom and bulk orders may take longer, and we'll tell you if that's the case.

Delivery time

After printing, standard delivery inside the United States takes 3 to 4 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 5 to 9 business days.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and address.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Free shipping offers are limited to the United States.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within 10 days of that email, contact us at info@casualfridaytees.com.

Wrong or incomplete address

If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reach out to arrange a reshipment. Reshipping to a corrected address is at the customer's cost.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered and the package isn't there, contact us at info@casualfridaytees.com within 7 days, and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations

Because printing starts quickly, changes and cancellations are only possible before an order enters production. Email info@casualfridaytees.com as soon as possible and we'll do what we can. Once a shirt is printed, it can't be canceled.
